Conference fees and registration process

Deadline for registration is Friday 29 March 2024.

Fees are the following:

• Standard rate: 150 € (+0 € for AFÉPOP members or +40 € for new annual membership)

• Reduced rate: 75 € (+0 € for AFÉPOP members or +20 € for new annual membership)
  Available to students, post-docs or anyone who self-declares having low resources

Registration of accepted papers will require the following steps: 

1. Fill out the registration form on sciencesconf;
   
   
2. If you are not already a member, kindly register as a member of AFÉPOP via Helloasso [or page in English];
   
   
3. Submit the registration fees for the conference using one of the following methods:
   1. Pay by debit card via Helloasso [or page in English]. We encourage you to choose this option whenever possible.
   2. For bank transfers or purchase orders, kindly contact us directly at conf2024@afepop.fr.
